first time taking the boat out every year is kind of an interesting thing. the boat has been neglected in storage for the whole winter and then we dumping it in cold ass water while running gas that is over 5 months old. this year was no exception. the water temp was 58 and the air temp was 70. we did however all take some great sets and got an amazing sunset. lesson learned this trip; its not a great idea to light flares on your boat at night and act like they are roman candles with your speakers blaring. other boats tend to be confused by this.

inspired by last Octobers media debacle, mike g and i decided to attempt a similar stunt and we constructed a balloon similar to the one from colorado and launched our creation into the sky above caesars creek ohio. we chased it through back roads until the wind caught this thing something fierce and we lost track of it for good. we watched the news for days following our awesomeness and never heard or read anything about it again. this picture was taken just north of the Wilmington exit off of I-71. our prayers are with the dog.

for t-roy’s birthday present this year i took a couple pictures and photoshopped them together. i printed it out to be poster size (20×30) for him and i will have to say that i was impressed by how it turned out. the sky picture was taken at sunset down on green river lake last year and the pic of the ride was shot in front of wake nation one awesome thursday. happy birthday homie.
