Major Awards

This past Wednesday our good buddy and soon to be gentleman Austin Pastura was the recipient of two Major Awards. The first award he received in spectacular fashion was “the largest frontside flip” to date inside the barno®. This is pictured above. I cant say that this was landed upon first try because it wasn’t. Bottom line is that it happened and it was massive. The second major awarded that was handed out to young Austin was just as impressive if not more. Click the button below for the details and pictures.

So, after landing the frontside flip that was heard around the world, his skateboard unable to keep up with his overwhelming radness, broke in two. Troy being the Bob Villa of the Barno. Or should I say the Jesse James of mini ramps, or better yet the Paul Senior of broken boards, decided to not let dead dogs lie. He screwed the board back together and Austin hopped back in the ramp with a much shorter board. At first he was hesitant to drop in but by the end of the session he landed a blunt to fakie among other seeming impossible stunts. Hence the second major award, “biggest blunt to fakie on the shortest board”. Major awards rule. Thanks to all that came out and please tip your waitress on your way out.
